XENIA: The Law
A truffle-style bar inspired by The Odyssey and De Materia Medica, Ancient Greek codex by Dioscurides. Features ingredients honored in the time of Homer - a jam of figs, pomegranate, and raspberry spiced by cinnamon and cardamon, and what we call “pasteli creme” - a butter of ground sesame seeds and cashews with olive oil, sweetened only by dates, with Adriatic salt and saffron.
