At Gnosis, we're true pistachio enthusiasts, so when the "Dubai Chocolate Bar" craze swept in, we gnew we had to craft our own version! Traditionally, these bars are filled with knafeh (shredded pastry dough - most think it is phyllo but actually it's a unique recipe) toasted in butter, with pistachio, cheese, and syrup.
With GNOfeh, we retain the rich, indulgent flavors while offering deep nourishment. We’ve replaced knafeh with toasted coconut, use pure Sicilian pistachio butter, low glycemic coconut sugar, and envelope it all in raw, organic, artisanal chocolate.

The pistachio (Pistacia vera) first appeared in recorded history as a common food at Jarmo around 6750 BC. By 700 BC, pistachio trees were said to grace the legendary Hanging Gardens of Babylon during the reign of King Merodach-Baladan. This bar blends 80% dark raw heirloom organic chocolate sweetened with dates, with sweet-tart sun-dried Rainier, Montgomery, and Bing cherries, then deepens the extra dark cherry-chocolate magic with heart-supportive herbs and superfoods: ceremonial grade matcha, hawthorn, ginkgo biloba, bilberry, turmeric, and pomegranate.
