The Earth’s Spring tilt brings blossoms, berries, and beings ever closer to the Sun so all may bloom in its pastel-hued warmth. New buds appear on branches, new rings form in the forest trees, and the divine energy of creation is heralded by each crocus, blue jay & breeze. We are guided by the elemental energy of rebirth and renewal, and our spirits rise into the balmy spring air, where Hope flows freely. Presiding over all this magic is Ostara - the maiden goddess of Spring, dawn, rebirth, and creation - so for an eighth year, we name this collection in Her honor.

All of us know the power of population the rabbit has – they are legendary for their ability to reproduce fast and furiously. For that same reason, the rabbit is a perfect symbol for this spring which is fertile with themes like: New life, New beginnings and the undeniable current of growth. May these bunnies quicken your hop!
This vanilla creme filling is such a favorite that we make it year-round in various shapes! Enjoy the dynamic play on your tongue as it dances between salty and sweet, while being overcome with a wave of creaminess and delight!
To early humans, a shell cracking to reveal new life in a way so different from mammalian reproduction must have seemed both alien and miraculous. Yet, as birds populate every continent, it was also a ubiquitous phenomenon, which may partly explain why eggs became universal symbols of life and resurrection.
All bars - like all our creations - are made of minimally heated heirloom organic cacao, and are free of GMO, refined sugar, dairy, soy, gluten, & peanuts.
Our truffle-style bars have become very popular - thick, satisfying, and nourishing. Shells of 70% cacao are freshly filled by hand in micro batches, like all our creations.

Since the first bar of chocolate I made for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2006, Gnosis has grown 100% organically by word of mouth. We believe a company should invest only in the quality and integrity of its work - not in paid advertising. Our customers become our valued ambassadors!
We partner with mother nature and small producers to bring you what we like to call botanical alchemy: functional chocolate. In fact, we visited our sources and were a founding member of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund. We support Herbalists Without Borders, and believe access to herbal medicine and education on preventative wellness is our birthright.
We make our chocolate with Love, by hand, gift wrap every order, and use only clean, whole, organic, low-glycemic, vegan ingredients (no gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, or GMO) and heirloom cacao beans sourced with great care.
