Single-origin organic Guatemalan coffee beans, grown in the Huehuetenango region under the shade of guava, plantain, and banana trees, which gives this coffee it's fruit undertones and caramel and chocolate notes. The beans are roasted only to medium so as to maintain those flavors. Smithsonian Bird Friendly certified, rewarding farmers for their sustainable practices.

As with all ingredients we use, these beans have been tested for pesticides, mold, and heavy metals. These coffee beans are also low-acid and therefore easier on digestion. Please note, they are quite strong! If you are sensitive to caffeine, we suggest consuming 2-3 beans at first.
