They have been slowly fermented at room temperature right after harvest and sun-dried under the Amazonian sun prior to being cold-milled to maintain nutritional integrity.

We use raw organic cashew butter as a base, into which we blend medjool dates until it is a buttery, rich, smooth, sweet caramel creme.
