Dark, rich, velvety smooth ganache made of cacao beans from the Xingu region in heart of the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. These beans are carefully selected for their bold aroma and taste. They have been slowly fermented at room temperature right after harvest and sun-dried under the Amazonian sun prior to being cold-milled to maintain nutritional integrity.
