The Art of Living Collection is our tribute to those small but profound pleasures that tether us back to ourselves, and to the people who show, remind, and empower us to live more fully.
Each truffle in our newest collection is an ode to what matters most: not things, but moments. The moments that nourish the spirit and help guide us toward our inner True North. Inspired by the pastimes, flavors, pursuits, and memories that shape a meaningful life, this collection celebrates music played with passion, movie nights with popcorn in hand, winding drives and open roads, smoky campfires and backyard BBQs, ripe watermelons and cherries, and the occasional clink of a special cocktail.* Many of these flavors were among my father's favorites. He taught me, both through his words and by the way he lived, that joy is not frivolous. It is essential! It is a decision. And it is infectious!
All truffles are freshly handmade with Love and Integrity in micro batches with organic (or wildcrafted) ingredients, low glycemic sweeteners, and are completely free of animal products, refined sugar, gluten, soy, peanuts, GMO, and anything artificial.

Single-origin organic Guatemalan coffee beans, grown in the highlands of Huehuetenango beneath a canopy of guava, plantain, and banana trees, naturally develop nuanced fruit undertones alongside notes of caramel and dark chocolate. The beans are carefully roasted only to a medium level in order to preserve the character and complexity of the terroir rather than mask it. They are also Smithsonian Bird Friendly Certified, supporting farming practices that protect biodiversity and migratory bird habitats.
As with all our ingredients, these beans have been rigorously tested for pesticides, mold, and heavy metals. They are also naturally low in acidity, making them gentler on digestion than many other coffees. Please note that they are quite potent! If you are sensitive to caffeine, we recommend beginning with just 2-3 beans.

Originally crafted this bar for my late, great dad, David Barg—a man whose wisdom and warmth inspired so much of what I create, the Cherry Love Bar is now reborn as a luscious, large filled truffle-style bar infused with botanical alchemy. This bar blends 80% dark raw heirloom organic chocolate sweetened with dates, with sweet-tart sun-dried Rainier, Montgomery, and Bing cherries, then deepens the extra dark cherry-chocolate magic with heart-supportive herbs and superfoods: ceremonial grade matcha, hawthorn, ginkgo biloba, bilberry, turmeric, and pomegranate. A tribute, a tonic, a taste of love.
