As summer fades and the pace of autumn begins, our bodies naturally shift with the season. The ancients knew that each turning of the year carries its own medicine—autumn is the time of gathering, grounding, and preparing for the inward journey of winter. The autumn equinox, when light and dark stand in perfect balance, invites us to find that same harmony within: to strengthen the body while softening into rest; to harvest while also releasing.

Just as autumn invites us to slow down, wrap ourselves in warmth, and savor the harvest, this set offers a way to nourish your vitality with intention. It is about cultivating strength, energy, and ease, so you move through the fall and winter not only protected, but also supported—body, mind, and spirit—in rhythm with the cycles of the Earth and sky.
