We honor folk medicine and strive to create chocolates which not only contain powerful botanicals, but also draw our attention to traditions of preventative medicine, like Fire Cider! A spiced version of our Dark Velvet.

Maple (not)Candy! While we would love to use Maple syrup to make this delightful treat, we know many of you and your loved ones are diabetic or needing to avoid a spike in your blood sugar. So, we’ve make this with only low-glycemic sweeteners! Each leaf is hand-painted with colors made in-house of whole food botanicals.

Calabaza Squash Caramel

Calabaza squash tastes like a robust butternut squash or an elevated sweet potato. The flavor is rich and smooth with a sweetness that's incredibly decadent. The consistency of the purée is almost that of a perfect custard ice cream. We’ve folded this lovely squash into a rich caramel and wonder… have you ever had something like this before?!
