Traditionally, these bars are filled with knafeh (shredded pastry dough - most think it is phyllo but actually it's a unique recipe) toasted in butter, with pistachio, cheese, and syrup.
With GNOfeh, we retain the rich, indulgent flavors while offering deep nourishment. We’ve replaced knafeh with toasted coconut, use pure Sicilian pistachio butter, low glycemic coconut sugar, and envelope it all in raw, organic, artisanal chocolate.
