Inspired by the ancient harmony of the Three Sisters—corn, beans, and squash—this truffle honors a wisdom older than chocolate itself. Within its silky mylk chocolate crème, notes of sweet corn and earthy red beans entwine with huitlacoche, the prized “Mexican truffle” born of corn’s sacred cycle. The third sister, squash, finds her home in our Calabaza and Pumpkin truffles—completing the circle of sustenance and spirit.
