Originally crafted this bar for my late, great dad, David Barg—a man whose wisdom and warmth inspired so much of what I create, the Cherry Love Bar is now reborn as a luscious, large filled truffle-style bar infused with botanical alchemy for the heart. I Oh, how I wish he could taste it... but perhaps creations made with love are their own form of communion. This is my way of sharing it with him, and with you.
This bar blends 80% dark raw heirloom organic chocolate sweetened with dates, with sweet-tart sun-dried Rainier, Montgomery, and Bing cherries, then deepens the extra dark cherry-chocolate magic with heart-supportive herbs and superfoods: ceremonial grade matcha, hawthorn, ginkgo biloba, bilberry, turmeric, and pomegranate. A tribute, a tonic, a taste of love.
Medicine for 2024! A bar-shaped truffle shell holds within it a rich super-herb infused velvet chocolate creme with potent medicinal herbs for the respiratory, immune, and stress management systems.
Buttery smooth caramel with all the sweet butteriness of grandma’s candy jar but with flavor & function like no caramel before! At Gnosis, we're true pistachio enthusiasts, so when the "Dubai Chocolate Bar" craze swept in, we gnew we had to craft our own version! Traditionally, these bars are filled with knafeh (shredded pastry dough - most think it is phyllo but actually it's a unique recipe) toasted in butter, with pistachio, cheese, and syrup.
With GNOfeh, we retain the rich, indulgent flavors while offering deep nourishment. We’ve replaced knafeh with toasted coconut, use pure Sicilian pistachio butter, low glycemic coconut sugar, and envelope it all in raw, organic, artisanal chocolate.
