ROTATING FLAVORS! ingredients include: sakura (cherry blossom), salted umeboshi pickled sakura ่ ๆธๆจฑ่ฑ, Egyptian blue lotus, rose, strawberry, lavender, lemon, ceremonial grade matcha, lemongrass, jasmine, forget-me-nots, bergamot, raspberry, orange blossom, and some of our Signature truffles including Pistachio di Bronte, Hazelnut di Piemonte, Salted Caramel, and Golden Creme.

Botanicals found in Ancient Egyptian medicine are infused into our raw organic dark chocolate ganache. It is so difficult to describe this flavor (perhaps we should use hieroglyphics? Hang on, let me grab some papyrus...) Egyptian Blue Lotus Truffle + Pomegranate + Fennel Pollen + Frankincense + Saffron in dark velvet ganache.

We incorporated cherry blossoms, plum (umeboshi), and peach into this collection, as these three blooms are traditionally celebrated together, symbolizing the harmony of renewal, resilience, and prosperity. Instead of peach blossoms, we captured their essence through the lush sweetness of ripe peaches and the delicate floral notes of neroliโalso known as orange blossom in a date-sweetened mylk chocolate crรจme.
