The founder of Gnosis, Vanessa Barg (aka Chocolate Girl), a board certified holistic health counselor, began making chocolate in 2006 as a gift for her clients. We maintain environmental and societal consciousness with each step by working directly with our producers, giving back to our community, and using PCW recycled, biodegradable packaging printed with veggie inks.
