Valentine’s Day Shipping Deadlines
Team Gnosis is working lovingly and diligently to get your orders gift wrapped perfectly and delivered on time. We are at your service so please let us know all we can do to help express your love in chocolate this Valentine's Day! 

  • 1 day zones - order by 2/12

  • 2 day zones - order by 2/11

  • 3 day zones - order by 2/10

For delivery by Valentine's Day,  we would truly appreciate if you could place your orders by Sunday, February 10th. Orders placed after that will be cutting it close and please note that we can only guarantee Express Mail. For any changes to or questions about your order, please email and call us so we don't miss an important message during this busy time! 

Preparing Your Order

We make and package every product 100% by hand myself with so much daily! This means you're getting the freshest chocolate possible - made with love in small batches.

It also means that while I do try my best to ship sooner, I ask for you to please allow up to 5 business days for me to prepare your order unless otherwise noted above!

If you need delivery by a specific date or would like special arrangements (ie: for a holiday, birthday, wedding, anniversary, event, or any other such celebration) please email me right away!

Transit Time & Guarantee

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships! Please view the map for transit time to your area.

  • PRIORITY MAIL: 1-3 business days

  • EXPRESS MAIL: 1 business day

  • INTERNATIONAL: please note I don't ship abroad in summer

USPS only guarantees all domestic Express Mail shipments.
To switch to Express after you've already placed an order, please email me right away!

Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate melts in your mouth - that's what we love! Chocolate also melts in the heat… that’s a little trickier. But have no fear!

I schedule shipments around weekends to ensure our bundles of joy will arrive safe & sound! If your order won't arrive by Friday, I'll wait & ship Monday to safeguard against sitting in a hot post office.

And... I include reusable insulation & ice packs (biodegradable where possible!) completely free of charge! 

I know waiting for chocolate is so difficult (!) but shipping on a careful schedule is how we have such an excellent delivery success rate all summer without charging our customers extra! 


If no one is home when USPS arrives, your chocolate might be left in the sun on your porch or a hot mailbox! :( If no one will be home at usual USPS delivery time, we can ship to a different address - your work or a trustworthy neighbor, perhaps!

Please be sure you’ve entered in an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery!
