Please take a moment to read the following facts & chocopolicies (especially for summertime deliveries!)
- Transit Time: We might be able to ship your order today if it's come in before noon-ish, but please allow 1-4 business days as we make and package your order freshly by hand. You'll receive an email from USPS with tracking information as soon as your package ships!
If this is for a holiday, birthday, wedding, anniversary, event, or any other such celebration and you need delivery by a specific date, please call if possible and email us right away!
Priority Mail = 1-3 business days (3 days only for states furthest from NYC)
Express Mail = 1 business day - these orders are moved to the tippytop of our list!
International Priority = 6-10 business days plus customs
International Express = 3-5 business days including customs (recommended)
We guarantee all domestic Express Mail shipments. To switch to Express (or if you have any delivery questions) please call if possible and email us right away. We often ship same day, so it's important we hear from you ASAP before your order goes out!
- Warm Weather Shipping: Chocolate melts in your mouth - that's beauty! Chocolate also melts in the heat... that's a little trickier. We'll add reusable ice packs & ship on an extremely careful schedule to avoid your package sitting in a hot post office over the weekend.
If it's hot where you are, please be sure you've entered in an address where someone will be present to receive the chocolates. If no one will be at the location (to avoid sitting in the sun or in a hot mailbox) please call and email email@example.com right away to change your shipping address!
We guarantee all Express Mail orders but cannot guarantee Priority Mail as their delivery takes 1-3 days. Please call if possible and email us right away if you would like to upgrade to Express Mail and you'll move to the top of our list, and will receive your order within 2 business days!

- Return Policy: I stand behind our product! If there's anything we goofed on, or if you are unsatisfied, please let me know. We're not happy until you are! We work on a case-to-case basis - please email us a photo if you are claiming to have received damanged product. I believe the only way a business merits existance is through integrity, quality, and servicing happy customers!
