Vanessa Barg, Founder, Raw Chocolatier aka Chocolate Girl

As a certified holistic health counselor, Vanessa's hidden agenda in starting Gnosis Chocolate was to introduce her clients to the amazing medicinal benefits of superfoods and raw foods! Vanessa's aim is to help her clients and customers learn more about nourishing themselves with the healthiest foods available, and to shift the marketplace to a higher awareness of health and environment. Since she started making chocolate in 2008, Gnosis has grown 100% through word of mouth into a company that spreads its chocolatey goodness stores to chocolate lovers all over the world! Lauren Gockley, Head Chocolatier

Lauren is the most incredible chocolatier! Classically trained by chocolatiers in France, Lauren is incorporating her profound understanding of chocolate-making with her growing knowledge of superfoods and nutrition. She is also a graduate of Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. Lauren's palate is exquisite, and her passion for health and high quality cuisine is supporting the refinement of Gnosis' flavors. Lauren works directly with Chocolate Girl to develop new flavors and products.



 Danny Park, Shipping Manager

Danny is a ninja in the Gnosis Chocolate kitchen. He lovingly and perfectly packages and ships each and every one of your orders. He has a deep care for everyone he works with, and has a strong sense of what it means to be a Team. Danny truly cares about being part of a team that operates with honor to raise the standards for business. The passion he has for his work make him a shining star and major player on Team Gnosis!


Aida Della Longa, Mamma Wonka

Without Mamma Wonka, Gnosis Chocolate wouldn't exist. Mother, teacher, and inspirer to Chocolate Girl, Mamma Wonka has given her intuitive energy, time, and love to help Gnosis grow. Mamma Wonka has moved to Rome, Italy as the director of the study abroad program for the architecture students of Notre Dame University. We all miss her daily presence, but she visits often to fulfill her duties as Mamma Wonka. She has supported me through every step of this journey and for that I am infinitely grateful. Congratulations Mamma, and all the success, happiness, joy, freedom, and peace to you! Thank you...
