Bring to the table verifiable, successful experience as an executive assistant (minimum of 3 years) preferably in retail/manufacturing (food)

Fluent in multiple project organization & management platforms including but not limited to: eCommerce, Google, Microsoft Office & Quickbooks

Strongly interested in business strategy & implementation.  Excited for the opportunity to advance logistics and operations skills

Possess natural ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure

Happy to follow directions and be proactive when appropriate

Eager to challenge self with intuitive thinking

Talented in manifesting creative solutions for issues that may arise

Have at least basic knowledge of raw/vegan lifestyle


*Implementing a new improved operations plan, company mission & vision

*Compiling a new database system that fosters reconnections

*Heavy involvement in project scope for production, systems, sales, and accounting

*Utilizing your resourcefulness, creativity, flexibility, organization skills and strong attention to detail at all times with full fledged courage and honesty

*Creating task lists and timelines which will often need to be reaccessed and updated as progress is made and waves of info are integrated

*Anticipating needs by reviewing priorities and investigating several approaches simultaneously without losing sight of immediate needs

*Eloquently, efficiently, consistently, honestly reporting on progress and being open to redirection


*Following up fully and properly documenting, organizing, and linking to information/materials gathered for every project before moving on
