I LOVE these bars. I gave up refined sugar..and these are my sweet tooth savior. I also eat the cocoa nibs with honey and greek yogurt...so Good!! I order every month..and savor every bite. Thanks to you all for giving my husband and I a treat to look forward to.

Loved the chocolate! I'm in California and I'm surprised at how fast the product was delivered to me. The gift wrapping was nice, and I loved the handwritten note that contained my message. Product review: This was dark chocolate at its finest...and the whole raspberries could actually be seen as well as tasted...eating this was an awesome experience and healthy to boot!!

I was introduced to Gnosis Chocolate by googling "raw chocolate" and am very thankful to have found it. I read your entire site first and noticed you are a part of a project called "Raw Integrity". Then, I watched your videos on youtube about how you investigated the processing of your own product which made me feel so confident that I placed a large order that night. Once the chocolate arrived and I tried it, I knew I would never be satisfied by another chocolate so I placed another large order including Trail-Blazing Mixes and Chocolate Elixirs so I would not run out for a long time!

I have tried a number of other raw chocolates. Most are okay, some are not good, some are good but I have never tasted one that has such flavor. It is a delicacy. I would describe it as fresh and smooth with a slight "tang". And no weird sugar high that you would get from waxy "factory chocolate". It is NOT addictive (that would be scary) rather it is satisfying most likely because it is nutritious!

Tried your chocolate at the International Chocolate Show last week and loved it. Brought a SuperChoc bar and have been nibbling on it all week. Had to go to your website and buy more as this was a unique and delightful chocolate experience!

I have a hunch that if Mother Nature decided to go into the chocolate business that her product would closely resemble the Gnosis Chocolate Bars. I admire chocolate and have been fortunate to have several opportunities to review some really premium and delicious RAW chocolate bars. I have to admit that Gnosis has been a chocolate experience like none other. One does not simply eat a Gnosis Chocolate Bar just to appease a hankering for the flavor of chocolate. These bars in fact nourish your chi and your palate. My favored bar is the SuperChoc, which is a powerful super-food cloaked in the rich taste and smooth texture of raw, organic cacao.

Your chocolate is way too delicious. I just ordered 4 more bars and they are already half eaten. It doesn't help that when I love something, I want to share it with people. Every time someone is over at my house, I say "you have to try this chocolate!" they love it so I give them more, despite the fact that I have such a small supply. i love your chocolate so much, and I want the while world to love it. I was so happy to read your latest email! We recently visited or son who is a student at St John's University Med School in Grenada. The island has a magic about it, but the poverty is visible everywhere. This is hands down the best chocolate I have ever had! I am a true "chocoholic" and over the past year have been slowly changing my diet gravitating towards vegetarianism. This of course came with chocolate withdrawal. I researched Gnosis Chocolate after reading an old article at the Shape Magazine website where ageless super model Christie Brinkley mentions the brand. She is almost 60 years old and I believe she looks younger than me (I'm 32). The model says "I believe in treating yourself occasionally to something. But then keep other things in your fridge like those great Gnosis Chocolates. They're like the healthiest chocolate that I know of that literally it is like taking a bite of antioxidants. It's got like Acai berries mixed in with this very pure cocoa and you're really getting antioxidants and healthful benefits in each bite. They say it is anti-aging to eat that chocolate." Needless to say I immediately started looking for this chocolate. :) I am so glad that I came across this article. Chocolate is now back in my life (one square at a time) and I love that it is back is such a healthy way. My mom who is a diabetic tasted it and loved it too.
Since I've changed my diet, I have lost 20 lbs and just want to say THANK YOU for providing such delicious alternatives to the chocolates that are on store shelves filled with all sorts of unhealthy preservatives and refined sugars. You can truly taste the LOVE in every bite of this chocolate! :)

Oh my! The heat was just enough to feel it perfectly with a glass of red wine. The added fruit and nuts added the sweet chew that helped prolong the depth of flavor.

I had expected the lack of dairy to create a dearth of cooling that good chocolate often creates on your tongue. I was shocked in the best possible of ways when it provided the perfect in the mouth melt and subsequent temperature drop that increased the flavor sensation. The heat, though touted as intense, was not intense in the least and most closely resembled an addition of flavor rather than a trip through taste torture.

I recommend this chocolate for those of us who want a flavor experience in addition to an amazing chocolate base. The foundation of this bar is far above average, their addition of the heat (and sweet) is clever and sets this producer's product above most other chocolates. The fact that it's vegan is simply the non-dairy icing on the gluten free cake.

Hi Chocolate Girl!! I recently received my fabulous order and just wanted to say how much I am loving my chocolate cinnamon soap, facial serum and mist. Don't ask me how, but so far I have managed to use restraint and have not attacked my spring gift pack of truffles, chocolate bars, trail mix and spreads. I am confident that when I do, I am going to be as pleased with those items as I have been with the skin care!!!

I found out about your products at last years IIN conference, I work at Jazz@Lincoln Center as an usher and was able to hear many of the presentations over the course of the summer, including David Wolfe. Since then I have bought your chocolate when I could and ate a piece each morning along with my breakfast. It may have all these health benefits and whatnot, but it just plain feels good. LATE last Wednesday I found myself online reading about the many health attributes of cacao and found a review comparing several 'brands' which included Gnosis and, AH HA! everything for which I was searching: vegan, raw, pure, organic, low in sugar, AND not something I had planned to find: Made By Hand! One click and I was opening the online equivalent to a Treasure Chest. Now mind you it was late at night so I knew I HAD to place an order before I went to sleep, and started by scrutinizing each one of the Bars, all the while thinking, "could this chocolate really taste as good as I am feeling just by reading the seductive descriptions, contents and attributes of each delicious sounding dilemma?" Having finally made my decision of 2 fleur de sel, aphrodisia, and coconut almond bars, and about to place the order I questioned how much would the shipping be? So I sent an email with that question, and resolved to call it a night and wait for an answer in the morning, but before I could finish brushing my teeth, I received your reply: that the shipping would be the quick ship USPS at the standard flat rate. With my question answered I placed my order and had it shipped to my work address; safe from my home's mailbox and the heat of South Florida's Winter. My order was shipped the very next day and delivered on Saturday to my work address where it was safe and cool. What a great surprise to open my job's mailbox and find the box containing what I knew must be jewels. Upon entering the office and before doing anything else, I tore into a fleur de sel bar and savored such a flavor that was everything which I had hoped! The other flavors were equally astounding. I made it home with the second fleur de sel bar unopened, and partially finished aphrodisia and coconut almond bars (having shared with my co-workers!) My partner at home promptly finished what was left of the aphrodisia bar asking if there was anymore of 'that one?' He doesn't even like dark chocolate. If you haven't seen "Portlandia" and the cacao vignette... you must!

Many thanks to you Vanessa and Team Gnosis! As commented by others "excellent customer service" and above all a truly superior and unique chocolate. This is just the beginning of my search and discovery of Gnosis' other treasures.

I just recieved my order and I have to say this chocolate is the most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted. Also, the most suprising of all my husband liked it and he doesn't like much. Bravo! We will definately be ordering again.
