I just want to share with you that this is the best chocolate I have ever had in my life! I've been trying various raw chocolates from Whole Foods and Gnosis coconut almond was my first try of your brand.... and I am amazed by the superior quality and taste! Let me not forget all the good the Gnosis chocolate involves, the support of the small organic farmers and the donation to the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation.

We are reading labels, we know what farms provide the food & we know their practices, whew! It is a bit of work at times and it is worth the effort. The words I have won't bring much justice and for fans of Gnosis, you know what I mean. There is a big difference between Gnosis and other chocolates, a gentle and flavor packed difference! There's no sugar rush, a definate plus. I'm still working on trying all the flavors. For now, one of my favorites is the Lemon Berry Rose. Thank you for running the Gold Ticket program. My winnings will be consumed by others, for the most part. ;-}~

I have been enjoying the Vanilla Hazelnut and Coconut Almond chocolate bars for quite some time now. I decided it was time to try something new and add to my list of favorite bars. To my delightful surprise the Immune Boost bars are absolutely incredible. Thank you for these delectable treats!

You have outdone yourself. When I received the e-mail regarding the February specials, I immediately forwarded it to my husband, and he immediately ordered a huge box of truffles. There is one huge problem with this. I cannot close the box and cannot put it down and I can’t stop eating these luscious morsels. I guess that would be three problems. My mother always told me that things happened in threes.

I cannot believe how delicious these are. The cappuccino truffles are magnificent. You are truly amazing.

I love this chocolate and eat it almost every day. My favorite is the peppermint flavor and I also bought the bulk to save money which I like just as well. However I would like to know the stats in a single bar from calories to fat and fiber. I t certainly is nice that my doctor is recommending that I eat chocolate

I ordered the holiday truffle collection and I must say that I enjoyed it thoroughly. They were all very yummy to me and I will definitely be making purchases of the bars soon. I really look forward to trying them.

Gnosis chocolates are a godsend for someone like me who can't eat sugar. Gnosis bars do not give me a glycemic response. I love the peppermint bar and simplicity is great too. I have to admit the price of the bars and shipping are a bit much, but that is why it is a treat and not something I can regularly indulge in. Also, a suggestion would be to make a deeper, less sweet bar for those who really like a deep, dark, chocolate flavor. Thank you for your great chocolates Vanessa. I was introduced to them by the CLEAN team.

I cannot just eat one piece.

Vanessa this is the second time I have placed an order. I love you chocolate. I have a lot of trouble with sugar addiction. When I eat sweets my whole body hurts I have been off of sweets for 10 days but I have one square of you chocolate everyone on those 10 days and it did not trigger me on a sweet binge like everything else.

Dear Vanessa – I know that you will appreciate this little story.

Last night (Christmas Eve) my husband took me to my favorite restaurant for dinner. It was perfect. My husband ordered some scrumptious desert, which I do not eat, as I have not had any sugar in almost two years and I also eat organic food (and about 75% raw). The waiter brought over the desert for my husband and put a plate of desert in front of me. I started to say “no no – I can’t . .. “ and was promptly interrupted by my husband saying “YES. You can . . . “ I looked on the plate, and what was there, but an unwrapped bar of Gnosis Chocolate!!! My husband gone to Rising Tide earlier in the day and bought the Gnosis chocolate, brought it down to the restaurant, and arranged to have them serve this sumptuous tidbit to me for desert!

You weren’t there and yet, through the fruits of your labor of love, you brought me (also my husband, and the waiter!) such great joy!! Thank you so much . . .

Vanessa, I LOVE your chocolate, and just ordered a bunch for Christmas gifts. I was introduced to your Superchoc product by Dr. Alejandro Junger and his Clean Company team, based in NYC. I live in St. Louis and have tried to find dairy-free, organic, raw, refined-sugar free chocolate to no avail. Even my Whole Foods carries nothing similar. It would be so fantastic if you could work with the St. Louis Whole Foods in terms of distribution. Thank you for offering such a fabulous and healthy product!

Have only tried Simplicity so far. My wife thinks it's too sweet. I enjoy it, but must admit more cocoa and less sweet wouldn't hurt. We like our chocolate strong.

Your chocolate is amazing :). It's a sad day when I've run out. I don't think I'll ever look at other chocolate in the same way and I really appreciate your efforts to align your mission with your brand.

I LOVE chocolate in general, and never have considered it to be something that should also be nutritious. I am very picky about my chocolate, thinking that the calories contained within it should be justified. I only eat very, very good chocolate (and the occasional popular chocolate bar).

I have tried the fleur de sol, coconut almond, simplicity, and cashew goji, and they were all incredibly delicious. I think the fleur de sol is my favorite; there is something about the salty foil for the sweetness and richness of the chocolate that is very appealing. The simplicity was marvelous. The coconut and cashew were also very, very good and were, as one might expect, less intensely chocolately but the flavors worked together very well.

Now I am more concerned about my health than in the past, but I am happy to say that I feel that I don't have to "suffer" in taste for a healthier chocolate. I don't miss the refined sugar (or the refined cocoa) and I find myself being able to eat less and be more satisfied.

I plan on placing another order very soon! Thank you for all your good work.

Any athlete who trains vigorously for long periods knows how important it is to replace salts lost via excessive perspiration. Instead of the commonly used drink that I won't mention on this site, I always treat myself to some Fleur de Sel after a long run. For me it's a perfect reward after a long run or bike ride - a truly delicious & guilt-free recovery experience.
