I’m so happy to report that we’ve found an eco-friendly way to ship your chocolates… even in hot summer temperatures! With no added cost to you or wasteful insulators, Gnosis brings you chocolate in summer as always - with commitment to Integrity, to the Earth, and to you! We will add reusable ice packs with each order you place during the summer months, and check the temperatures in your area to ensure safe delivery.

Important: If it is hot where you are - please ship to a location where someone will be present to receive the package (like at work or to a PO box or friend if no one is home during the day) to prevent the chocolate from sitting in a hot mailbox or on a sunny doorstep! In the event that your chocolate should arrive soft, just pop it into the freezer for a few moments and it will be just as yummy… just possibly slightly misshapen. Doing this is more effective with chocolate bars than it is with truffles, however. Please do remember, chocolate is heat-sensitive and during the summer months we can only guarantee Express Mail.

  • Lead Time & Transit Time

    We might be able to ship your order today if it’s come in before noon-ish, but please allow 1-4 business days as we make and package your order freshly by hand. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships!

    If this is for a holiday, birthday, wedding, anniversary, event, or any other such celebration and you need delivery by a specific date, please call if possible and email us right away!

    Priority Mail = 1-3 business days (3 days only for states furthest from NYC)
    Express Mail = 1 business day - these orders are moved to the tippytop of our list!
    International Priority = 6-10 business days plus customs
    International Express = 3-5 business days including customs (recommended)

    We guarantee all domestic Express Mail shipments. To switch to Express (or if you have any delivery questions) please call if possible and email us right away. We often ship same day, so it’s important we hear from you ASAP before your order goes out!
    • Warm Weather

      Chocolate melts in your mouth - that’s beauty! Chocolate also melts in the heat… that’s a little trickier. We’ll add reusable ice packs & ship on an extremely  careful schedule to avoid your package sitting in a hot post office over the weekend.

      Please allow a few additional days for us to ship your order during the summertime, as we may hold the order through a weekend or heatwave to minimize exposure to the warm weather!

      Please be sure you’ve entered in an address where someone will be present to receive the chocolates. If no one will be at the location (to avoid sitting in the sun or in a hot mailbox) please call and email support@gnosischocolate.com right away to change your shipping address!

      We guarantee all Express Mail orders but cannot guarantee Priority Mail as their delivery takes 1-3 days. Please call if possible and email us right away if you would like to upgrade to Express Mail and you’ll move to the top of our list, and will receive your order within 2 business days!

    • Return Policy

      If there’s anything we goofed on, or if you are unsatisfied, please let me know. We’re not happy until you are! We work on a case-to-case basis - please email us a photo if you are claiming to have received damanged product. I believe the only way a business merits existence is through integrity, quality, and servicing happy customers!
