Chocolate Girl brought raw chocolate to the Chocolate Shows in Paris, Perugia, and New York! She has returned energized by the warm reception - not only of the flavor of our bars, but of the concept of raw cacao bars, and of Gnosis Chocolate's mission to bring healthful, organic, sustainable, conscious commerce to the marketplace through chocolate! The Early Show (airs Monday, Nov 9!) interviewed Chocolate Girl about Eva's Cinnamon Soap and our Raw Chocolate! Our wonderful chocolatier Lauren went head to head in a playful competition / exhibition of skill - hosted by Dessert Professional (airs on Fancaster.com). She made Immune Boost Clusters & Acai Berry Truffles, yum...!
