Toco- what –all?

Tocotrienols may be an unfamiliar term, but chances are you’ve come across it before. Tocotrienols are also called raw rice bran.

They are full of vitamins (especially E and the B complex), minerals, and essential fatty acids. Serving as an antioxidant, they also protect healthy cells from destruction by free radicals. Therefore, they contribute to healthy skin and hair.

You can get organic tocotrienols in bulk on our website!

Try it in this marvelously creamy pudding recipe:

1 to 2 tablespoons Super Rice Bran (or more; it is a superfood so use as much as you like)

2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

6 tablespoons ground sunflower seeds

Agave or other sweetener to taste

1 tablespoon of a nut oil of your choice

Mix in a small bowl and you will have an incredible chocolaty flavored pudding, you can even add avocado to make it creamier.
