Featured Ingredient: Siberian Ginseng

In SuperChoc, we've added many nutrient-packed superherbs. One of the more exotic-sounding ingredients is Siberian Ginseng. If you haven’t heard of it before, you’re not alone. Its scientific name is Eleutherococcus senticosus, or just eleuthero.  

What’s it Doing in My Chocolate? Studies have found that eleuthero boosts the immune system and increases one's energy.
Eluthero may also: increase physical prowess, improve memory and concentration, regulate blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and lower blood sugar levels.

And What Exactly Is It? Eleuthero is a shrub that grows in Japan, Koreo, Siberia, and China. The shrub’s root and other underground components are used.
