Horny Goat Weed A Chinese goat herder is said to have reported increased sexual activity in his animals after eating this plant. Since then, healers have prescribed it to restore passion, boost erectile function, alleviate fatigue, and soothe menopausal discomfort. It is also used to address disorders of the liver, joints and kidneys.

Maca grows at the highest peaks of the Andes Mountains. This protein-packed root has been dubbed the "Peruvian Gingseng" for its use as a remedy to build stamina, energy and sexual potency.
